Associate Market Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Market Clinical Director to join our team at ChenMed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our medical centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise and manage Clinical Directors within assigned markets, providing guidance and support to ensure successful clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and business performance.
- Collaborate with Regional Presidents and other stakeholders to drive market growth and expansion.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers, specialists, and community partners to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide training and development opportunities for Clinical Directors and other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and patient needs to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Strongly prefer 1 year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
- Board eligibility is required; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar is preferred.
- Current, active license to practice medicine in the State of employment.
- High-performing physician with a proven track record of clinical leadership experience.
