We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our clients at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our Private and Corporate Clients with their charitable contributions, utilizing your exceptional customer service abilities.

Your initial training will be conducted in a full-time capacity, with a flexible working arrangement thereafter, allowing for a combination of office and remote work.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a standard work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour lunch break, with options for flexibility.
