This role is responsible for managing one or more social media accounts for a specific brand within our portfolio. You will oversee content creation, manage the content calendar, and ensure alignment with brand strategy while reporting to the Social Media Manager on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that supports overall social media strategy.
  • Coordinate the production of engaging content by collaborating with the creative department and other internal teams.
  • Write detailed creative briefs and develop a clear vision for the content to be created.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all social media content.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, management, and strategy.
  • Proven track record of success in managing social media accounts and creating engaging high-performing content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and best practices for each.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
