The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional General Manager to lead our West region operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the regional P&L, driving revenue growth and improving operating margins
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data to identify areas for process improvement
  • Partner with the operations team to develop and implement strategic plans for regional growth
  • Directly manage a team of Operations Managers and Partner Success Managers to ensure seamless execution of operations
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and navigate complex tax, licensing, and permitting requirements
  • Implement data-driven solutions to operational challenges, improving customer experiences and driving business results
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth startup or similar environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with strong SQL proficiency and experience with tech platforms like SFDC
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, working cross-functionally, and delivering results on time
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate effectively in ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong business judgment
