Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of business growth and revenue generation in a private banking or wealth management environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business performance and develop plans to address areas for improvement.
