Position Overview

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic team. This role requires a commitment to excellence in patient care and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program.
  • Minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, demonstrating the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Proficient in treating adult patients, conducting thorough health assessments, and managing acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Hold a current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or be eligible for licensure.
  • Maintain an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration.
  • Possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
