Position Overview

As an Advanced Practice Provider at Summit Health, Inc, you will play a vital role in our healthcare delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program.
  • Minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, demonstrating the ability to work independently and provide care without direct physician oversight.
  • Proficient in treating adult patients, conducting thorough health assessments, and managing acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Hold a current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or be eligible for licensure.
  • Active registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) or eligibility for registration.
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
