Position Overview
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graduated and certified from an accredited advanced practice program.
- Minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, demonstrating the ability to provide care autonomously.
- Comfortable managing adult patients and conducting thorough health assessments for various health conditions.
- Possess a current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or be eligible for licensure.
- Hold an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration.
- Must have active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; familiarity with Athena is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
