About the Role

The Solar Energy/Utilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in enabling our customers to complete their solar journey and have their solar system energized. This position is responsible for filling out various applications on behalf of customers to submit to their respective utility companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance throughout the solar process.
  • Prepare and submit applications to utility companies on behalf of customers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or text to obtain signatures or verify utility bills.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to verify customer utility bills and ensure accurate application submissions.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on application requirements and regulations for new markets.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications and systems.
