Job Title: Solar Energy Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to promote and sell our solar panel services to homeowners and businesses in their assigned area. As a Solar Energy Representative, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, answering their questions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Knock on doors and engage with homeowners and businesses about our solar panel services
  • Collect information from interested customers and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
  • Attend training and meetings as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of solar energy and its benefits is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
