About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Onsite Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and messages in a timely manner, providing real-time scheduling support and booking patient appointments.
  • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling customer complaints respectfully and professionally.
  • Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and assist as needed with other assigned administrative duties.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience with high volume calls in a call center setting.
  • Must be able to pass a routine background check.
  • Must have prior CRM or EHR software experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a great attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines.

Our office is conveniently located in Northwest Houston, and the position is available Monday through Friday from 1pm to 5pm.
