Pharmacy Customer Care Representative Onsite Job Description


SynergenX is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to work onsite at our Houston, TX location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and prescribers while processing new patient registrations, handling prescription requests, and troubleshooting data entry exceptions.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new patient registrations by entering data into our system, handling prescription requests, and resolving data entry exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence with patients and prescribers, making outbound calls as needed.
  • Process payment arrangements, billing and rebilling claims, and adjust payments.
  • Create shipping labels for mail delivery and ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications.
  • Assemble packaging for mailed prescriptions and work closely with pharmacists to identify and communicate issues.


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to pass a routine background check.
  • Customer service experience preferred, with familiarity with CRM systems and medical terminology.
