Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing our tested marketing strategies, evaluating current coverage, and providing recommendations to our clients. You will also work closely with our team to deliver risk management strategies and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our proven marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business
  • Evaluate current coverage and provide recommendations to our clients to ensure they have the right protection in place
  • Use our systems to find and place the best solutions for our clients' needs
  • Work closely with clients to deliver risk management strategies and help protect their retirement
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and they feel valued
  • Partner with our team to support our community and provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Maintain all insurance documents and records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry information to ensure we're providing the best possible service to our clients

Requirements and Skills
  • Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and strong math skills
  • Strong ethics and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster long-term relationships
  • Valid professional licensing

Our compensation packages are highly customizable and should be discussed directly with our managing partner. We offer a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $101,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
