We are a leading insurance technology and distribution platform that is revolutionizing the industry. Our innovative approach to underwriting and policy issuance has enabled us to issue policies in under one minute, making us one of the top distributors of digital life insurance policies in the world.

Our Vision:

We are committed to creating a frictionless experience for clients and providing cutting-edge tools to our advisors. Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors.

Client Acquisition:

We use a data-driven approach to find and be found by motivated clients who have a need and desire to buy life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that goes out to homeowners. Those who are interested in what we offer will personally respond through an online link, scanning a QR code, or by calling in and requesting us to contact them and set a virtual appointment over zoom to review their options.

Client Fulfillment:

As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. The automation will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere to help them apply for the best plan for their needs. Our full-time advisors will connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners.

Advisor Compensation:

This is a 1099/commission-based position. The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week. Our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week. You will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one. You may qualify for equity incentives. You may qualify for an agency contract, which gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

Expectations:

This position is remote and combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor, with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts who will help you every step of the way. You will be accountable for your activity and results. Rapid advancement into leadership is available. We are transforming the industry and we will provide the training, coaching, and tools you need to be a part of this great transformation.
