Your role will include:
- Planning and executing private events at Punch Bowl Social
- Proactively generating sales for private parties
- Engaging in weekly meetings to align with management on sales strategies
- Setting and achieving sales objectives through effective planning
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identifying opportunities within the convention and tourism sectors
- Collaborating with the General Manager on public relations and marketing efforts
- Managing contracts and ensuring client requests are met with precision
- Coordinating all necessary elements for successful event execution
- Supporting operational tasks including team recruitment and training
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales within the restaurant industry
- In-depth knowledge of the events market
- Experience in managing event operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on event volume
- Must be at least 21 years of age
