Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Planning and executing private events at Punch Bowl Social
  • Proactively generating sales for private parties
  • Engaging in weekly meetings to align with management on sales strategies
  • Setting and achieving sales objectives through effective planning
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identifying opportunities within the convention and tourism sectors
  • Collaborating with the General Manager on public relations and marketing efforts
  • Managing contracts and ensuring client requests are met with precision
  • Coordinating all necessary elements for successful event execution
  • Supporting operational tasks including team recruitment and training
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales within the restaurant industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the events market
  • Experience in managing event operations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on event volume
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
