Event Sales Manager

Punch Bowl Social is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
- Create and manage sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality customer service
- Manage event budgets and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
