Event Sales Manager

Punch Bowl Social is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and local DMCs to drive new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the National Director of Sales and General Manager to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Maximize revenue through upselling and strategic sales approaches
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel event sales with a proven track record in event-specific sales
- Experience in event operations and management is a plus
- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math aptitude for financial reporting and budget management
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and passion for creating memorable experiences
- Works effectively in a team environment, contributing to a supportive and collaborative atmosphere
- Values high-quality food and beverage, with an understanding of and appreciation for the techniques involved in production
- Exhibits a sense of adventure and energetic engagement in all aspects of the role
