Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to lead our Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (APNT) Solutions team. As a key member of our Mission Systems team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing systems for real-time embedded navigation and timing solutions for military ground, airborne, and maritime applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project execution management, including detail planning, cost account management, status, and analysis.
  • Participate in and facilitate Agile team ceremonies, Agile sprint reviews, user story refinement, and end-of-sprint product demos as a product owner.
  • Collaborate across Integrated Product Teams (IPTS) on program goals.
  • Provide communication and status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support verification and traceability of system requirements.
  • Support peer reviews on test procedures and design documentation.
  • Own the development of your design approach through collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Help drive resolution for technical issues through problem-solving and coordination across impacted teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in GPS and/or Antenna Electronics development.
  • Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (APNT) experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and DevSecOps.
