Requirements:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Effective communication skills with program team members
  • Proven experience in systems engineering to include operations concept development, deriving and tracing system and subsystem requirements
  • Proven experience building intricate models via Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML, with knowledge of tools such as Magic Draw CAMEO, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
  • Proven experience developing and executing low-level plans and procedures for Integration, Verification, and Validation (IV&V)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile experience using tools such as JIRA
  • Project Management, Control Account Management (CAM), and earned value management experience
  • Working knowledge of bidding and project/task estimation tools (e.g., SEER products)
  • Experience with processes such as peer review, configuration, and change management
  • Experience with secure systems, including INFOSEC certification
  • Experience with tactical processors, IP network management, solid-state storage solutions, or time synchronization
