The Role

We are seeking a Planning Analytics Manager to lead the transformation of project scheduling through AI integration. This strategic position is perfect for someone who has a knack for seeing solutions in planning data and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities, managing multi-million-dollar projects across sectors such as commercial, higher education, K-12 schools, healthcare, life science, and data center construction.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee a portfolio of 100+ projects and predict schedule risks.
  2. Implement scheduling best practices and ensure compliance with Suffolk's SOP.
  3. Advance technology & data by implementing cutting-edge tools to improve scheduling processes.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in project scheduling, with a proven record in managing large-scale projects valued at over $500 million. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory role.
  • 10+ years of P6 experience. A Subject matter expert (SME) who understands cost, and resource loading, administration, dataflow, and architecture,
  • 2+ years of experience using Schedule analytical tools such as SmartPM, Steel ray and/or Acumen Fuse.
  • Active Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) from AACEI or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience in Data analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, PowerApps is a plus.
Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
