The Role

We are seeking a Planning Analytics Manager to lead the transformation of project scheduling through AI integration. This strategic position is perfect for a visionary with extensive experience in planning and a passion for applying cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of 100+ projects and predict schedule risks.
  • Implement scheduling best practices and ensure compliance with Suffolk's SOP.
  • Advance technology & data by implementing cutting-edge tools to improve scheduling processes.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in project scheduling, with a proven record in managing large-scale projects valued at over $500 million.
  • 10+ years of P6 experience, with a deep understanding of cost control methods, particularly in the domains of commercial and residential real estate, and healthcare construction.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of conducting in-depth schedule analyses.
Working Conditions

The Planning Analytics Manager will work in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking is required.
