Radon Mitigation Construction Foreman

American Waterworks, a leading provider of foundation repair and basement waterproofing solutions, is seeking a skilled Radon Mitigation Construction Foreman to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure successful project execution.
  • Train and develop team members on installation methods, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure the safety of team members and customers at all times.
  • Motivate and recognize team members for their contributions.
  • Communicate effectively with production managers and customers regarding project progress and any challenges.
Installation and Quality Control:
  • Review job specifications to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Assess job site conditions and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project execution.
  • Perform high-quality installations and ensure timely completion.
  • Collect payment from customers and complete all necessary paperwork.
Customer Experience:
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project using our customer messaging system.
  • Notify customers of any changes to the project scope before making adjustments.
  • Leave customer properties clean and in better condition than found.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: licensed by the state of Minnesota to install mitigation systems and test for residential radon.
  • Knowledge of construction or related trades required.
  • Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in the construction trades or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to move about and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
  • A valid driver's license.
