Field Service Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide a skilled team to deliver exceptional service to all clients promptly.
  • Identify and execute operational enhancements for the Field Service division.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Service Customers and Sales to guarantee consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement training schedules for service technicians and coordinators.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor and measure progress towards defined objectives for Field Service.

Daily Operations Management:

  • Provide leadership, development, and direction to Service Coordinators.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, and reporting to ensure the overall health of the Service Department.
  • Review daily customer billings for accuracy.
  • Maintain relationships with Service Customers.
  • Identify training opportunities for departmental and organizational growth.
  • Facilitate communication and customer visits to strengthen Technician and Customer relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary commensurate with experience and achievements.
  • Performance-based bonus structure starting at 90% of set goals, with a maximum of 20% of base pay for exceeding targets.

Qualifications:
