TITLE: RETAIL SALES LEADER

REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER

The Retail Sales Leader plays a pivotal role in advancing our business by delivering exceptional service and fostering enduring client connections. A strong sense of leadership and the ability to inspire others are essential for this role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve personal and store sales objectives by ensuring every customer receives exemplary service Build a loyal client base through the development and maintenance of strong relationships Proactively engage with clients to enhance relationships through various communication methods Leverage company training and selling techniques to meet and surpass performance metrics Stay informed about the latest trends in our collections to empower and elevate fellow stylists Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of both customer-facing and back-of-house areas Participate in all aspects of store operations to support overall business goals and grow as a versatile leader Maintain a visually appealing sales floor that reflects the brand's identity Actively engage on the sales floor to mentor staff in cultivating strong client relationships Collaborate with the team to complete operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store standards Remain open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional development Support initiatives that promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the workplace

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to wear a face mask throughout shifts to ensure safety Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not mandatory Sales experience is advantageous but not essential Capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to navigate all areas of the store Occasional ladder climbing may be required Proficient in using telephone, POS, and computer systems Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
