Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Order parts and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Communicate with customers and store management to resolve issues
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
