We are seeking a seasoned relationship manager to join our Dealer Financial Services team at Bank of America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial sales, specifically in the dealer market, with a proven track record of success. You will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret financial statements, as well as identify areas for growth and improvement.

Key responsibilities will include establishing new client relationships, maintaining existing significant client relationships, prospecting, marketing, prioritizing, and soliciting appropriate dealer commercial clients. You will also determine the optimum needs of these clients and lead a team of product professionals in closing assigned revenue objectives for Dealer Financial Services.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 7-10 years of broad-based sales experience within Commercial Dealership Sales or Sales Experience within the Dealer Captive Market. Extensive experience in financial analysis and a thorough understanding of dealership financial statements is also required. Additionally, you will possess the ability to accurately review and opine on the strength/weaknesses of the client's Income Statement and Balance Sheet reporting with emphasis on cash flow and liquidity.

You will understand clients' business strategies and their needs, expertly apply sound accounting principles to spreading financial statements and analyzing credit, leverage relevant technology, tools, and resources to maximize the financial management of the business, and bring in partners at the appropriate time to support a sales opportunity. Furthermore, you will know where to find industry information and use the data to effectively pre-call plan, and leverage an in-depth knowledge of the customer's/client's business to uncover needs in order to deliver the appropriate bank solution.
