Job Summary: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the friendly face (or voice) our patients turn to when they need assistance. You will be responsible for fielding inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information on services and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries
- Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency using a computer, including electronic health record systems
- Strong customer service approach to problem-solving situations
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to read, write, understand, and spell English and medical terminology correctly
- Excellent people skills and customer service orientation
