Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate agreements, mortgage loan directives, and title assessments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in real estate closing software, specifically SoftPro.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in real estate closings is essential.
