Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate space viability and discuss rates and conditions with clients
  • Help franchisees understand the real estate process and guide them through the steps to secure a space and negotiate deals
  • Conduct general research using various platforms and tools to find locations nationwide, working with brokers, agents, and landlords via phone and email
  • Provide demographics reporting using standard platforms to run reports on income, population, and business density
  • Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders to stay informed about potential opportunities
  • Manage various projects, schedule appointments with landlords, coordinate travel, work with contractors, analyze rental rates, bids, and compile location data
  • Conduct virtual visits with clients to confirm the suitability of locations for our brands
  • Work in our customized follow-up system to ensure timely completion and success of projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Customer service experience required
  • Understanding of offer letters, proposals, and basic lease terms
  • Strong administrative computer skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • CRM/database entry experience (ACT, Salesforce, Costar, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
