Job Summary

The Service Manager position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Service Department. This includes providing leadership and setting expectations for team members, removing obstacles to ensure efficient workflow across the service departments, and partnering with other departments to ensure the technicians have needed items for repairs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Five to seven years of management experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and service experience
  • Efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
