We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful deployment of our platform.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and renewal targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and measure customer performance against key indicators.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in post-sales customer success or a related field.
  • Proven technical expertise in networking and information security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
