Job Title: Senior Associate, Strategic Growth

Description:
Palladium Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Strategic Growth to join our America's Business Development Agile Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth strategy, with a primary focus on sourcing new opportunities and proposal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take an opportunity through the pipeline from identification to submission
* Focus on overall planning, writing select proposal/pre-proposal pieces, and coordinating the internal team and partner inputs for bid efforts
* Assist in broader bid preparation and production aspects

Requirements:

* Strong editing skills and demonstrated competence using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients, and consultants
* Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
