About the Opportunity

The Intelligence and Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in driving market growth by developing and executing comprehensive market, competitive, and customer intelligence programs.

  • Provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and align with corporate strategy.
  • Develop processes to collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative intelligence information, improving decision-making capabilities.
  • Design surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability studies to gather valuable data from external partners or internal stakeholders.
  • Create delivery mechanisms to present comparison grids, competitive profiles, and dashboards, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for growth markets and new segments based on market size and potential.
  • Manage projects and select third-party vendors for primary and secondary research, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish a notification system to alert contributors of changes in market forces, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Produce and update executive MI Bulletins, containing key metrics and KPIs, to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Strategize to deliver competitive intelligence in real-time and have dedicated staff available to support sales resources.
About You
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in this field, with expertise in Contact Center and Customer Experience.
  • Proven track record in corporate marketing, marketing strategy, and marketing operations, with a focus on competitive analysis.
  • Experience with AI technology and related CI tools and approaches, as well as sales enablement and operations, product and solution marketing, and customer support within an IT environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data analysis tools and statistical packages, with a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related discipline, with an MBA preferred.
Estimated Salary Range

$132,800 - $179,300 per annum, plus target sales incentive and benefits.
