Job Title: Overnight Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet guests, complete check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
  • Communication: Answer and manage phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Room Management: Ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted for, and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Problem-Solving: Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year minimum job-related experience required, preferably within a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Availability: Must be able to work 10:30pm to 7am, including weekends and holidays.
