Job Title: Training Manager

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing training programs that educate and promote safety and education to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Analyze training needs and develop new training programs to improve engagement, learning, and retention.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
  • Maintain training records and learning metrics within Operations, providing insight and recommendations to drive business and talent needs.
  • Work closely with the Corporate training group on new cross-training and skilling up plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, I/O Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in training and development, process consulting, organizational development, change management, or a related field.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
