Job Description

The Hunt Agency is seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a remote-based position, this role requires exceptional communication and sales skills to engage with prospective customers and promote our products.

About the Role:

  • Demonstrate product knowledge and present value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects through open and honest communication.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and goal attainment in available systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • If not licensed, must be willing to obtain state license if selected for the position.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Advanced selling, negotiating, and time management skills.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand customer needs.
  • Able to work remotely and manage a consistent schedule.
  • Pursuit of personal growth through virtual training and self-improvement.
