About the Role:
- This exciting opportunity involves hands-on product demonstrations, prospecting within your assigned territory, and promptly following up with leads.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior sales experience and knowledge of construction equipment are preferred, but not required.
- A BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, sales, or business is desired, as well as excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- The successful candidate will be a multi-tasker who uses project management skills to accomplish goals and can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Daily territory management and revenue growth through on-site visits to customers and contacting potential customers via telephone.
- Plan and organize business strategies to achieve desired results and exceed quota by renting and selling equipment.
- Promote the sale and rental equipment lines, as well as the value and capabilities of our Parts and Service operations.
- Complete sales orders, rental contracts, and all additional sales workflow paperwork and documentation to complete transactions.
- Document daily calls to customers and develop weekly, monthly, and annual goals for contacts.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, especially in the equipment industry, is beneficial.
- Ability to work additional hours in the evening and weekends if needed, as well as stay out overnight in different cities from home base during weekdays.

- We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
