Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred)

$14-18/hr DOE

DDG MW WBH, a prominent property management firm, is seeking a motivated and energetic receptionist to enhance our front desk operations. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a vibrant and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring proper routing and monitoring of calls on hold.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide assistance as required.
  • Promote properties through various online platforms.
  • Design advertisements for available properties.
  • Maintain and update sales leads in our Property Base Sales Force database.
  • Assist in processing incoming correspondence, including payment receipts and notices, ensuring timely distribution to management.
  • Manage incoming faxes, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate individuals promptly.

Administrative Duties:
  • Organize and maintain a monthly calendar of events, distributing it to relevant internal contacts.
  • Oversee the functionality and upkeep of office equipment, coordinating service calls as necessary.
  • Monitor and order office supplies on a regular basis.
  • Ensure correct postage is applied to outgoing mail daily.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable department as needed.
  • Monitor security cameras and report any unusual activities to management.
  • Maintain organization in the front office and kitchen areas.
  • Provide essential support to staff as required.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with various office equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook and its features.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities beyond the standard job description.
  • Capability to collaborate efficiently across all departments.

Compensation is based on experience, supplemented by leasing commissions and performance-based bonuses following an initial review period. A desire for career advancement is essential.
