Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of maintenance management software and systems.
