Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will spearhead revenue growth for Re:Build's precision machined components by identifying and securing new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. This role will involve collaboration with various Re:Build Manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance our market position and secure additional business through collaborative efforts.
  • Lead the identification, development, and expansion of the customer base and business opportunities, engaging in cross-functional initiatives that require building trust and rapport both internally and externally.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to research accounts, pinpoint key stakeholders, generate interest, and prepare comprehensive business proposals and recommendations.
  • Evaluate current capabilities and provide strategic insights on additional competencies that would enhance Re:Build's stature as a premier provider of machined components.
  • Position Re:Build's machining services across various sectors, including but not limited to aerospace, medical, defense, and high-spec industrial applications.
  • Contribute to Re:Build's growth strategy by assessing and recommending potential capabilities or manufacturing expansions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts at the customer level on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Handle necessary administrative tasks, including managing a current CRM pipeline and timely submission of reports.
  • Engage in relevant industry associations, consortiums, and events.
  • Manage partial supervisory responsibilities and project management without direct reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in business development or a related industry.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and understanding criteria for optimal opportunities.
  • Experience in an engineering-focused environment with a deep understanding of the processes involved.
  • Exceptional presentation skills at the executive level.
