Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Champion Chevrolet of Avon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized sales and service experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest vehicle offerings, features, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive ownership experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
