Your role will include supporting management by overseeing and actively engaging in the management of accounts receivable and payable, coordinating the month-end closing activities, and assisting with the company's overall accounting functions.
Your proficiency in implementing sound accounting practices will be essential in guaranteeing precise financial reporting and aiding in our organization's ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of accounts receivable and payable.
Accurate and timely processing of invoices and transactions.
Oversee T&E (Travel and Expense) software, ensuring compliance and precision.
Conduct account reconciliations, including those for bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.
Support the month-end closing processes.
Foster relationships and collaboration with various departments.
Prepare and record journal entries.
Assist in the creation of financial statements.
Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management.
Support both internal and external audit requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar position.
Proficiency in accounting software (experience with NetSuite is advantageous).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
CMA or CPA certification is preferred.

Compensation ranging from $67,000 to $75,000 annually plus bonus (depending on experience).
