We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Analyst at K1 Investment Management, LLC.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and building relationships with executives at exceptional companies that are potential investment candidates for our fund. You will develop a deep understanding of various businesses and business models, as well as a strong grasp of business fundamentals. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with your leadership abilities and initiative, will enable you to drive strategic M&A opportunities and expand our relationship network with key industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and drive relationships with executives across various vertical and horizontal technologies to identify new flagship investments in B2B software.
  • Manage and drive strategic M&A opportunities for existing portfolio companies.
  • Develop and execute on investment theses within enterprise software.
  • Conduct proprietary market research within enterprise software.
  • Expand K1's relationship network with key industry contacts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to build trust and support with senior executives as the face of K1.
  • Bachelor's degree - first generation college students are encouraged to apply.
