We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Reporting, Analysis and Administration team at Blue Shield of California. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, development, and management of our Verint, Genesys, and Avaya platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to align information technology with business initiatives
  • Lead complex data analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analysis to inform technology decisions
  • Develop or modify information systems to meet business needs, including analysis of user requirements and documentation of system scope and objectives
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to understand system requirements and business processes
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to our contact center platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of prior relevant experience in supporting workforce management, contact center performance, or reporting and analytics
  • Functional knowledge of contact center operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
