Position Overview:
The Board of Camp and Retreat Ministries of the Oregon-Idaho United Methodist Church is in search of an innovative and mission-oriented development leader. This individual should possess a strong background in identifying and securing significant donations.
Qualifications:
Experience within a community-focused or regional nonprofit organization is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to mentor others in fundraising techniques, adopt a collaborative work style, engage in strategic planning, and exhibit a commitment to personal growth in order to enhance financial support for Camp and Retreat Ministries.
Reporting Structure:
This role will report directly to the Executive Director.
Work Environment:
The position will be home-based within the Oregon and Idaho region, while maintaining regular communication with the Camp and Retreat office.
