We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at Parametric Portfolio. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, analyzing investment risk and performance, and providing portfolio transparency reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios to ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis
  • Analyze investment risk and performance using in-house analytical tools
  • Prepare custom client reports that involve risk and performance calculation
  • Help build automation to scale bespoke solutions for clients using VBA coding or IT solutions
  • Streamline existing processes by engaging with stakeholders to bring operational efficiency
  • Participate in building new analytical tools and contribute to the development of the team
  • Ensure proper process training for new hires and create adequate backups for business continuity

Requirements

  • BE/BTech + MBA(Finance) with 7+ years of experience in financial services
  • Hedge funds experience along with CFA/FRM certification is an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience in coding languages like Excel-VBA or R is required
  • Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, and derivatives products
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivator with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them independently
