About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and former clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with current and former clients to connect them with beneficial combinations of our solutions.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to provide dedicated account management and strategic sales.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to support renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers to close deals.
  • Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location, and office locations.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum Enterprise

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of B2B sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of computer networking, internet solutions, and fiber-connected networks. Preferred qualifications include experience selling telecommunications products, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG.
