Graduate Commercial Property Manager
Our client is a leading property management and investment company specializing in commercial real estate. They provide comprehensive property management services ensuring their clients receive the highest standard of service and support for their commercial properties. Their team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the value of their clients assets through proactive management and exceptional customer service.
Role Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Graduate Commercial Property Manager to join their team. This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial properties ensuring they are wellmaintained and compliant with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in the commercial real estate sector working closely with tenants contractors and the accounts team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
- Update the property management system with relevant information including tenant details lease events and rent charges.
- Conduct regular inspections of managed properties to ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and property upkeep.
- Liaise with tenants regarding their obligations and propertyrelated issues.
- Arrange for contractor quotes for building upkeep and supervise repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Work with the accounts team regarding service charges rents and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure properties are compliant with health and safety regulations including carrying out H&S inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain and update lease and property files as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent level of customer service both on the phone and facetoface
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Sound numerical and IT skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Qualifications:
University Graduate in Real Estate or a related field.
Previous property management experience is preferred but not necessary
