Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries, building relationships, and providing exceptional guest experiences. If you have a passion for developing relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and being an innovator in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via phone and email
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals and create a customer network
  • Answer internet leads and set appointments for customers
  • Confirm appointments and make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
  • Work with customers from start to finish throughout the buying process
  • Exhibit great customer service skills and create and maintain customer relationships
  • Utilize a customer relations management database to track customer interactions
  • Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
