Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Quantum Services in a specific region, ensuring high-quality standards of service, managing profit and loss, and assisting with hiring needs and training/development. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all operational pieces to ensure processes are moving smoothly and resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Attend meetings, gather information, and collaborate with the audit team to effectively serve clients.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns with a sense of urgency.
  • Travel throughout the region and roll out new clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand individual needs and provide coaching, support, and development.
  • Conduct performance management, including coaching, verbal and written warnings, and terminations.
  • Maintain inventory of technology, resources, and materials and ensure they are up to date.
  • Oversee all elements of the audit process, including ensuring audits are conducted at all stores based on client frequency requirements.
  • Perform various administrative duties, such as client schedules, audit schedules, payroll, itineraries, and pulling reports.
  • Communicate reporting information based on quality standards and issues to all division employees on a regular basis.
  • Evaluate current skills and support efforts to understand hiring needs.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work on knees, stand, squat, bend down, and maneuver and manipulate keypad.
  • Ability to work in different temperature environments (freezers, coolers).
  • Must be able to pass a motor vehicle check and maintain a valid driver's license and active car insurance.
  • Willingness to travel (travel is based on business need).
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of management retail experience.
  • 2+ years of district-level or above management experience.
  • Experience in operations required.
